I’m Tim Mattson, founder of Summit Support Strategies. After more than 25 years leading technical support, escalation management, and customer experience organizations for some of the world’s most innovative companies, I launched Summit in 2025 to help organizations build world class support operations.
My career has taken me from front-line technical support to executive leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth tech firms. Along the way, I’ve led global teams, developed the next generation of support leaders, implemented AI-driven operational strategies, and transformed underperforming support functions into strategic business assets.
